ENTERING YOUR INFORMATION
For existing members and new members the process is the same.

1) Enter your information as a NEW member by clicking on Become a CAP Member ( Individual ) or ( Organisation ).
     At this point the Status of the application will be set as NEW. Remember to print out a copy of the Application for your record.
    On leaving the form you can immediately LOGIN to make any changes using your new Username and Password.
2) The Secretary will then Login to the Administrative section and set the Status to ACTIVE for existing members and PENDING for new applicants.
    Active Members can LOGIN at any time and see the Member Information as well as see and/or edit their own profile.
3) For Pending Members the normal approval process including checking for the payment of dues will start.
    If membership is approved then the status will be changed to Active.
4) Other Status options are:
            Rejected where the application is rejected.
            Suspended where an application or membership is suspended for whatever reason.
            Delete where the application is to be deleted from the database.

USERNAMES and PASSWORDS
The administration does not normally have access to either the UserName or Password.
If you forget them then please eMail the Secretariat for this information.
You will then be able to change your Password by Logging in and editing your profile.

This page is used to provide information and documents for members only.

NEW MEMBER SIGNUP FORM: ( Individual and Organisation )
This form is to be used by new applicants as well as by existing members to get their name into the database.

EDIT MEMBER PROFILE: ( Individual and Organisation )
This form is to be used to update member information and can be used to change the current password.

 

DATES
All dates must be entered in the DD/MM/YY format.

Membership Date is the date when a person became a member.
For an existing member this could be many years ago.
For a new member this would be the date that the membership appliction is accepted.

Application Date is the date when a person applies for membership,
and refers only to current applicants.
It can be left blank.
